Westview Place is a residential subdivision in the Town of Balgonie, located
20 km east of Regina, Saskatchewan via Highway #1 or the Highway #46
alternate route. Over the past 25 years, Westview Holdings Ltd. has
developed seven stages of residential properties in this community. Balgonie has
grown steadily from 900 residents to 2,000 by 2021, with growth paced by
infrastructure and waterworks capacity, which are now being upgraded. With
these improvements, development of Stage 7 is currently underway (65% sold)
adding 45 lots in the northern area of the subdivision, across from the Balgonie Multiplex.
This stage features two bays, two streets, and a variety of lot sizes. Looking
ahead, Stage 9 will introduce additional residential properties as well as a

Richard Wiest, born in Regina and a lifelong resident of The Queen City, has built a strong legacy in land development and community building. For decades, he has been committed to expanding and enhancing Westview Place, creating a vibrant neighbourhood for families to call home. A proud Regina Sports Hall of Fame inductee, Richard has also given generously of his time through volunteer work and sports across Southern Saskatchewan, showcasing his lifelong commitment to community growth and well-being.
